Walking through Mullaghmore

Our hikes will take us off the beaten track into the heart of the Burren to explore more remote areas of this challenging landscape. Some of the best archaelogical sites and geological features can be found on our hikes.  Off course, the wonderful flora of the Burren can be seen all around you and we may even experience the company of wild goats that roam the limestone hills.  Sometimes, even the sound of your breath will disturb the silence that surrounds you.

Our routes will include crossing the rugged limestone terrain and climbing some of the Burrens best terraced hills.  At every turn, there will be stunning photographic opportunities.

A reasonable level of fitness is required for our hikes. Good strong walking boots with ankle support are a must. Rain gear - just in case!! Packed lunch for half or full day walks. Walking sticks are availble if required.

Our guided walking service is available all year.  Hikes and walks are usually from half to a full day - or even longer!!

We can arrange pick-up and drop-off around North Clare to make your arrangements easier.

If you want to enjoy a longer stay in the Burren, email us for a list of accommodation providers.
